Does anybody know where i can get the tool mentioned to remove small amounts of alloy to allow me to shim up a new kickstart shaft and fit the circlip correctly.
Tool is shown on page 69 of the sticky book.

No Spoken to MB this morning they dont stock them anymore.

if your stuck you can use a router put 2 flat peices of steel on the casing face to hold the router parallel to the kickstart bit set the depth and just run it over it .you can do maincasing endplate stud areas the same after welding but be carefull .
