i hade to file down the red section:
check as well the shim that is in the picture. there should be no play inbetween casing and shim.

Machineists bluing ink works well for that also. It's a little thinner. I usually just put the sidecase on with three or four nuts and turn it over with the kickstart when the motor is on the bench and check for rubbing. Saves a lot of time.
