Imola which gearbox?

Hi all, i'm currently running my Imola with a LI150 box and 15/47 sprockets giving a final drive of 5.3. I'm using a 30mm Delly and JL / Franspeed race pipe and AF light flywheel. If i give it plenty of welly it goes really well in 1, 2 and 3 but dies in 4th. My question is, would a pacemaker box and changing the rear sproket to a 46 and a final drive of 5.65 make it any better? Any advice / tips would be very helpful. Thanks in advance Pete.

My Imola went great with Pacemaker and 16 x 47 = 5.41 along with Mikuni TMX27 and scootrs exhaust. On a dyno it revved on [in 3rd] to well over 9k and felt like it genuinely got close to 80 [based on the traffic I'd pass on the motorway].
In quest for better cruising I changed to a JL3 and 17 x 46 = 4.98 and killed it. I would have expected it to pull 5.3 though.

Just change rear sprocket to a 46
