Do you mean gasket, or spacer?

If you mean spacer, use ali sheet. Buy it off ebay if you haven't got a stockist nearby. If you do have a stockist, ask to look in the scrap-bin. There'll probably be something in there for you and charge you a quid or two. Nice.

If you meant gasket, then you can buy gasket paper.

It will be fine without the wire ring and AF's do alloy pack plates in various thicknesses.I rebuild a mates some years ago that was originally done by Harry Barlow and the porting was quite conservative,170 ex,145 inlet and standard transfers with an Amal mk2 30mm and a HB pipe with SX gears and it goes like stink.

used an RS205 honda for about 15 years tv200 barrell with a 30mm dell'orto and a rs clubman and it was a rapid machine for a basicish iron barrell, seized it a few times with excessively high cruising speeds but all in all a great iron barrell alternative when runing well. probably did 40,000 miles before it went into a mates engine, a good 60 mph cruiser and easily gets over the 70 mark. i'd have another anytime.

followed thread on this, and although has part numbers for rings, did not see name of dealer or where they came from.

I have 2 Taffspeed tuned H205' engines, and I love them to bits.
(one unused and been sat in garage for last 4 - 5 years !!)

One has done over 10000 miles, and now needs something doing.

I have a first oversize MTX200 Honda Piston

So in reality looking for Honda MTX200 standard rings or first oversize, anyone help ?
