converted hub break tool

some one posted up a pic of a hub with two cut outs for checkking shoe contact and skimming with sand paper on the lining .. any one have the pic ??

This is mine it has a sharp blade that I found if I get the blade to fit the shoe in this position then wind in the adjuster I can move the hub round by hand and it shaves off the high spots till Im all the way round, works for me

I described the use wrong you need to line it up with the fixed pivot end then put a couple of turns on the adjuster. The blade is a bit of mild steel with an edge ground in it. Funnily enough it took perfect solid shavings off with the top shoe needing a lot more off it than the bottom shoe. The bloody hub tried to kill me at the IOW so it can be useful and give me good brakes as reconpense

just to be clear i wanted a hub cut so i could check the shoes in relation to the miss machined cam hole on Indian 200 cases ... getting hold of a skimming tool is not an issue ... tom petch has one as does rayspeeds
