modified franspeed race pipe

ive had a search but cant find the post ,ive seen it mentioned somewhere but who modifys franspeed race pipes to allow them to rev on more?

Old Lambretta's never die, they get tuned..................

do you mean altering the tuned length to attain a higher peak power at higher revs or just altering it for more "over rev"..?

not done a franspeed race yet ,but have done jl4s...shortening by 1" raises peak power by approx 500 rpm .

yes Sean, altering the tuned length to attain a higher peak power at higher revs , just looking at playing with the franspeed to see if it will do what we want before i have a pipe made to suit . is this something you can do? would you need the timing durations ?

I've got a Franny Race on my TS1 and rev's on to 10k no probs :wtf:
