Just thought i would post a topic about the engine i have just had built by JB tuning in southend. I have had varius scooter tuners work on my scooters over the years and have always heard good things about jb work. So i thought i would give him a go at building my rb225. Well what he dont know about scooters aint worth knowing. I was kept informed by him the whole way through the build and was sent pics of the work done every step of the way. He has tuned the barrell and done a load of other bits to the engine. I must say that this is by far the best engine builder / tuner i have come across in my scooter years. I have now got to run the scooter in then i will get him to dyno tune the engine.
At the min i have got 4 scooters and i will be getting him to maintain them all.

Mattyp glad to hear all worked out for you, all I will say to prospective engine purchases is always do your home work.

running in ? do you have a 40 year old cast barrell rb with 2mm iron rings ?
