RB20 uses the 2mm oversize Yamaha RD350 piston (ie - a 66mm oversize version of the original 64mm piston) but does anyone know which model of RD350.....LC, YPVS, F1 etc.....or are they all the same piston?
Not sure what other contenders there are for 64mm pistons, fancy Jap quality with 1mm rings, but at a decent price.....don't mind doing a rod conversion on the crank either........any suggestions?
64mm yam piston...

Reed valve Dan?
I understand the GT186 uses a RD350LC 64mm piston - so I'm sure Richard could advise which model bike it's from.
Piston Port then the Suzuki TS185ER with a TV or RD400 rod unless you want to start shortening the barrel.
The Mitaka brand pattern pistons get good reviews - available from Grampian Motors http://www.grampianmotors.co.uk/ or from various sellers on Ebay.
