Only richer as it gets on to the taper earlier, the 1/4 throttle position is still the same (2.5mm) http://www.dellorto.co.uk/images/parts/ ... charts.pdf

Leanest - X12 - X7 - X13 - X2 - X25 - X10 - X16 - X32 - Richest
I am playing all the right notes, but not necessarily in the right order.

My scoot when fitted with an X7 is rich at 1/4 throttle and pinks at 1/3 - 1/2 throttle. An X13 cures the pinking but is still rich at 1/4 throttle. I'm on an AV266 I'm going to try using an AV264 and moving the X13 1 clip richer to see if I can get it right.

So yes an X7 is weaker at least to 1/2 throttle but stays rich at the bottom end.

Already on a 45 - anyone reckon I dare fit a 50? It's ok on tickover, ok on progression (up to just over 1/8 throttle) massively rich at just under 1/4 throttle to just under 1/3 throttle then OK all the way up (needle at 1st clip)

With an X7 it's the same but pinking in the mid throttle positions. Choke is deffo not leaking.
