facing looks ok but all the threads have gone as well as opening up the holes slightly but only on 2 of the holes
how much!!!

Might be lucky and be repairable with helicoils ,then new studs and loctite and back together. Be worth using nordlock washers if not certainly best to get some new wavy washers and use loctite on the nuts.

Agreed, time serts might be an option but you need to get a good engineer to fit them for this to work on the end plate, they need to be drilled dead straight and central, so take your end plate as well.
