Seem to recall someone mentioning these on a previous thread. From Maplins IIRC. Can't find them. Anyone help? For drilling out holes/jets in carbs.

It was probably me Dapper I manged to find them on the on line store http://www.maplin.co.uk/20-piece-miniat ... sets-11891 for PWK jets the number on the jet seems to equate to the dia. of the hole i.e 125 = 1.25mm. Don't know if that is the case with dellorto though :?

Thanks Coaster. Can they be used in a Dremel, or do you need a special chuck of some kind?

Belay that question Coaster. I checked on the question section and someone already asked and the answer was "Yes."

Actually I don't think they will fit in a standard dremel chuck. The dremel takes fixed diameter shanks (3mm?) and obviously the drills vary. For the very small ones you will probably need a hand chuck (available from model shops) but for the sizes needed for doing main jets i.e. 1mm or larger I have managed to hold them in a battery operated drill. Take the hole out in gradual incremments and the drill will simply follow the line of the existing hole.
