You are right. had always planned on a muggy but engine builder had done an li150 with casa kit,26mm carb n ancillotti which gps'd at 70.based on lack of muggy kits the casa kit was sold on that basis. am going 2to look at porting to see how that helps.

I'd have that fella Geoff Stephens port it, he has a great name and experience with 5 port kits.

Ha!

Thanks Benji, and thanks Frank for asking the question on my behalf.

So everyone agrees the Casa kit feels stiff (oooo errr) so perhaps the high comp ratio isn't the end of the earth, but I trust James' judgement.

Frank, let me know if the head jig is a goer.

For anyone interested, the ratio measured on my kit (with original LI 125 crank and conrod) was 10.8:1. Squish approx 1.2 mm I believe the scooter is running hot which is why the comp ratio question came up.

Running a clubman and TM24 with high flow K&N filter.

Was perhaps semi-retarded in running a B7ES which presumably was contributing to the heat issue, regardless of the comp ratio.
