Yes; but original rims are becoming more and more sought after now and correspondingly expensive too. That's if you can find one that isn't pitted and beyond use. Got to be Indian really from a company like Scooter Restorations.

Tino Saatchi has had some Innocenti ones remade in alloy but they're over £60 each.vegansydney wrote:Agreed, the Tutto Lambretta ones that Scootopia and others sell are 2nd only to NOS Innocenti.teamsequipe wrote:Scootopia remade Innocenti rims.................. bang on
I'm still using the Patron tubeless split rims but they're also about £60
I do not try to explain why I ride Lambrettas,
For those who understand, no explanation is necessary,
For those who don't, no explantion is possible.

I don't get that. Are you suggesting that the Tutto rims, for instance, are somehow manufactured to a higher standard. I would doubt that myself. The only thing that makes them more expensive is the scale of manufacture.Andy Pickering wrote:What value can you put on your life.. ..I still wouldnt touch tubeless rims..mainly cause I cant afford em, do fancy the patron ones Red runs though , if he hasnt bust the feckers no one willDoom Patrol wrote:True; but he did say value.
