How easy are they to convert, I have one in the shed that has the room to open out.
Is it something I could get done at a local workshop or is it best to send it to a scooter shop.
Any tips or tricks and the cost?
Late Spanish 150 case to a 200.

Thanks for the link.
Looks like a reasonably easy job, there is no case to build up, weld up the 4 holes re-drill and tap and bore out for a 200cc cylinder.

Yes it's very easy to, im doing my second one now.
Grind out the stud holes ready for welding.
Find a decent Ali welder , cost £20
Find a decent machinist , to bore out to 75mm and skim the gasket face and re still and tap the stud holes cost £40
The hardest part is deciding where the stud holes should be drilled so you've not got the barrel rotated from the correct position.
