The K61 has different tread patterns for front and rear.
The link at the top of this thread is for a front.
This is what I was sold with out any direction to this fact.
This is possibly be why some of us are getting such poor milage from these tyres.
With this information I will try a rear next time.
the problem is they don't do the rear version only for 10 inch wheels, but the tyres we are using are for both front and rear use.
i know 12 inch does the rear only version as i have seen it on a gts, the only difference is the centre groove is removed
Great for the front but not so good for the back that already has enough forces at work to create the heat.
Sadly it looks like we are being sold the product again.
