That's good news, as my clutch always seemed to drag - regardless of whatever I did to clutch internals etc. - a bit on my old road scoot with the modified RD leverteamsequipe wrote:MB now do their own version which fits without fettling, and work a treat

Cheers.
I ended up with a remade rd350 lever from ebay for £3.50, modified the housing to suit, mb nylon clutch cable, problem seems solved

Just by way of feedback to the forum, As my scooter is at Seans I asked Sean to fit one of these levers whilst replacing the clutch in readiness for the avanti, I popped into the garage briefly whilst in the area on business and can confirm its a very nice bit of kit (the lever) and gives a very light clutch operation...there was a member asking about easier options on clutch leverage due to arithritis maybe this could be an alternative to him..or otherscorrado wrote:I've got some Saigon Yam ones too but they need fettling to match the housing.
As always top man service from Martin (Corrado)
Ricspeed, gone but never forgotten RIP my friend #59
Ditto on that just got one off ebay £6.50 inc the postage. I'm guessing 10 mins with a file to make it fit to the Lamy housing.ferritt wrote:I ended up with a remade rd350 lever from ebay for £3.50, modified the housing to suit, mb nylon clutch cable, problem seems solved

If you're struggling with a heavy clutch, you could try one of these....
