whatever you use try to maintain/promote out flow from the aux ex ports so if a steel ring then blend it on the left and right on the cylinder side
if you start smaller say 37 you could always open it up later

as promised the last graphs with the unported kit. Blue line is MMW head and Ludwig and Scherer Tourist exhaust with 37,7 Nm or 27,29 lb/ft. The other runs are different reed petals and standard head. The difference between a "cold" run and a "hot" run are more visible with the higher compression and higher squish velocity MMW head.

so... the new pipe from ludwig and scherer with the hot and cold runs (whatever that means?).

and the original as per Steve Chapman's actual motor run on a step dyno as you can see so thats a 'hot' run under load.

Ignoring the hp hype from dyno to dyno I have to ask what happened to the torque curve? I would say the original is better.
