Right I'm with ya now, thought you had changed the box over!
So if your now running 18/47 (5.2) I would say your about where you want to be, you have come down from 6.1 final drive! A 175cc top end with a Clubman style pipe set up is around 5.2 so you should be sorted mate.

Cheers.. i will try adjusting the jetting a little and see where it gets me.. failing that i will try coming down on either sprocket .. or both..

Be wary of downjetting thou mate, esp if it was revving out cleanly when you had it at 6.1 final drive. I'd hate for you to damage the top end for no reason. It won't cost you 'owt to post up your jetting spec first?
