i use ferodo but anything other than indian shoes :shock:
what ever you put on use them gently for a few days then remove them & flat the high spots
to get the best from them

Completed me gp rebuild, took hubs off to flat hi spots for third time yesterday (aint tested yet,rain) they're begining to do my head in. Expensive alt maybe front disc and one of those rear brake shoe upgrades from that german/austrian company (can't remember the name)

Jockeys conversion looks good.ive been having trouble with indian casings for a few years.aparently the brake shoe pins are in wrong position.best ive had have been newfren grooved.......after alot of filing!!!!

I have just fitted this conversion, really easy to fit and my back brake is now excellent. Well worth the money.

I saw the install video but can't remember exactly what they say this does. Can you run it down? Both sides are not active are they? How could they be. Does it just make things line up better? I've had real trouble with my rear brakes, actually just got them to work a little better after years of trying.
