Stage four cylinder + Eibar 200 head
I have used a Spanish 200 head on a stage 4 indian barrel and it ran fine...
I also used the Spanish head on a Rapido 200, That was so I could lower the compression ratio a little compared to the 9.1-1 ratio skimmed head that I had used... Again it ran well and allowed it to rev a little higher on...
I had a squish clearance of 1.1mm and I think the compression ratio was 7.3 or 7.5-1 when I checked it... But it might have been higher but It was lower than 9.1-1...
I ran both barrels without gaskets just used sealant after surface dressing tge head on a flat plate with a sheet of 600 wet and dry...
The Spanish head is a thinner casting and slightly more prone to distortion if tightened incorrectly and blowing owing to the weaker gasket face compared to the later indian or AF heads...
But on mine it was fine...
