Hi guys not the most tech question ever posted but about to start a rebuild and just need some info on which grease you guys would recommend and for which parts?? already have some copper slip..
any info and advice would be gratfully accepted

any good quality "high melting point" grease should be fine as an all rounder !

The difficulty with giving opinions on forums is, other folk have different ones
Pesonally i use Castrol LM grease from Halfords.
