We have owned it for the last year and were keeping it quiet till the launch but certain circumstances means we have had to announce we are the new owners earlier than anticipated. We are aware that several groups have tried to lay claim to Supertune. We are the Legal owners of the company and copyright of the supertune logo. We have no connection with any of the previous owners and will launch it with our own ideas,it will be purley Lambretta based. Though we dont officialy start till early next year we have taken orders for several Supertune Lambretta,s and any enquiries are welcome. We will put up a contact on the website in the next week and there will be details of Supertune in the dealer section of Scooterotica shortly.
i was not aware of this ,does that mean there is some sort of legal wrangle going off?
i wish you well in this venture as i have already said the supertune name was one high lighted on the race track, lets hope it will continue to do so.

He didn't last long then.
Good luck on the new venture.
So, will people be busted for finishing the low rider frames they have lurking in their basement?
That's not going anywhere...

Lol...i shouldnt imagine they will, unless your basement is actually a commercial garage, producing on a retail scale, with a Supertune logo on each one!!

I though he meant Purley, near Croydon. Which ironically is where Supertune was originally ;)

'Owned' being the key word.....as in past tense. As i understand it, and as highlighted above, Stuart Owen owns the legal title to the copyrighted Supertune brand now. He will be doing a press release for his new venture in due course.
