I have been advised that I should get an agreed value on my scooter. Can anyone advise what a sensible value would be for the following.
Lambretta TV175 series 3 in excellent condition completely standard except for the addition of a hydraulic front brake. In addition it is fitted with front rack and 3 in 1 rear rack. Currently insured with Carol Nash. Any advice would be welcome.. Thanks

Looking at current asking/sale prices, I would suggest around £6k!

Imagine what it would cost to replace. And there lies your answer.

CN will get a third party to value it. Last time I used CN they were using the VMSC.
You submit what you believe then they get the third party to issue what they believe.
Aim high in your estimation. If your not happy with their valuation challenge it with details of other for sale etc.
LCGB can provide you with a valuation that you can sent to CN (and I would suggest others)

my SX150 has an agreed value with carole nash of £8000. They didn't ask for any verification other than supplied photos of condition. i realise thats well above market value
