lambretta paint jobs

hi all, i know tough one to answer but how much is a stripped lambretta standard paint job? all panels are good only a few splits/cracks no rot, what are your thoughts?

Quite a while since i had one done but i would expect £700 - £1000 with lots of if's and buts.....

My series2 cost nothing to paint it was painted by a good friend,however I prepared all the panels myself.And the paint was got from Leeds by another good friend(it pays to be in a good scooter club )

This is a how long is a piece of string question. Prices can vary anywhere from £700 up to £2k depending on how much prep work, making good, etc. and the painter himself. You can save money by doing all the prep yourself but most decent painters will insist on doing this if you want any warranty on the work.

UK paint prices are cheap! Here in the US, a reasonable paint job in factory colors, from someone who regularly paints Lambrettas, will set you back ~$2,500 and a concourse job $3,500 - $4,000.
