Hi All,
I have finally got around to finishing off my 1967 serveta project. My problem is as follows
The scooter has been bought, disassembled, stored, sold by various people over the years. When I bought it around 10 years ago it was in boxes. It was stored in the loft and garage for years while I did my house up and spent my money on more important things.
Now it is built up and running and I need to get it registered, I have a dating certificate but it is more than 12 months old so it is no good, I dont have a nova and I have no idea how to get one. I dont have a receipt as it was bought years ago for mates rates/parts swaps.
Any ideas how I get around this problem?

Try Rob Skipsey on Facebook. He seems to be the goto man for registrations. Good luck!

Make sure you don’t mention it was in bits if it’s inspected.
Nova is easy to do online.
As it’s european, there’s no tax to pay (at the moment).
Otherwise, not too difficult to register.
