Painting rear hub

I would like to paint my rear hub a cream/old English white sort of colour. I was hoping I could use a heat resistant paint similar to exhaust paint. Unfortunately I can only find black, orange, etc but nothing close to what I am looking for. Does anyone know if anyone makes such a colour in heat resistant paint.

Why heat resistant ? Why not get it powder coated ?

I see no reason for heat resistant paint either, but I hate powder coat. It just looks wrong to me.

You can buy rattle cans and do it yourself. Unless you're s**t at painting and it will look worse than powder coat. :-)

im a fan of powder coating , get it done by someone like aerocoat, not some back street agricultural finishers, you wont be unhappy.

I presumed I would have to use a heat resistant paint as the hub would get a bit hot when in use, am I wrong in this, and would normal rattle can paint do the job just as well?

Yes normal is fine if your hubs getting hot there may be an issue inside
