Lets hope he doesn't then set back up as a different 'company' and effectively stick to fingers up to his creditors of his previous business? 'I done it on the advice of my accountant'

It's not like that hasn't happened before in the Scooter Parts industry, I'm sure he might then buy back his stock at much reduced prices? This might help him with his new scooter parts business venture.....

Looks like the Dan Burton in that article may allegedly be somehow linked to the director of Beedspeed Limited Victoria Burton and may be the same Dan quoted as being the shop general manager in the SULK article.

And interestingly that article is written by one Rosalind Renshaw and the liquidator appears to be a Simon Renshaw - coincidence?

So Beedspeed Dan is Daniel George, but the Daniel in the 3rd article is Daniel Burton, but a quick check and Daniel Burton (of Unida Place) full name is Daniel George Robert Burton.

According to this Guardian article Daniel Burton disappeared, so what he actually did was change his name and buy Beedspeed in, I'm guessing, his mother's name.

Class act this fella, seems like he owes a lot of people money.

When the guy bought beedspeed there was a picture of him posted up somewhere can't think where it was but he had light brown bordering blond hair,,the picture that is on one of the links does not look like the same person tbh the guy on the link looks older and that was taken before the current owner bought beedspeed unless he has also bought the rights the reverse ageing process. It may be that he has a brother or relation that the other picture is but seems a bit strange that they have the same name.I haven't used beedspeed for years it was going downhill way before these guys bought it they just continued the shocking service maybe they think that's how a scooter parts business is supposed to run.

Yes, Daniel Burton is effectively the owner of Beedspeed, having purchased it from Al Bedham who retired in 2016. Though Daniel Burton can't be a director of a company (on paper) hence everything is in mummy's name, as he is bankrupt (see link in the first post).
