Brand new BGM ones. I didn't fit them I'm afraid. I'm really going to have to have a sit down and talk about this.

A trick I learnt to check bicycle frames and forks were straight was to pour some water on a flat bit of asphalt or concrete and push the bike through the water in a straight line and check your tyre tracks for a few yards. if anything is out of alignment it should show because the rear tyre tread won't follow the front tyre
Also worth checking tyre rotation direction is correct

I had a knackered rear shock on mine that caused all sorts of handling weirdness. The MoT man noted it and when I changed it for a new one, it was like a different bike.

That sounds like a good idea to me. I've had a ladder alongside the wheels and they both appear to be aligned. I've also checked to see if the front wheel dives to one side that might indicate bent links, as someone else suggested. That seems okay too. I have had an issue with the domed nuts. They refuse to stay tight and I've been tightening them repeatedly. Whether something as trivial as that could be causing it I don't know. Bin them and put open nuts on and check it when you know they're tight.

I have done. I never trust a dome nut and have fitted nylocks to my other scooters. This one is new to me, but maybe I should have followed my own advice sooner. We'll see in any case.
