Must admit it's a shame they've gone as they had some good bits at good prices.
Only issue I ever had with them was when their courier (fedex) tried to stiff me with a large VAT admin charge that I refused to pay.
3 months after getting the goods!
I paid the tax 'cos I'm law abiding like that though, but not the admin charge the cheeky fookers.
