If its a polycarbonate, fibreglass or carbon fibre one and the graphics are under a clear coat, then no. Unless you want to sand it down and repaint...

If its a polycarbonate helmet, care is needed as many solvents can degrade the base plastic shell. You should be able to pick them off using dental floss.
Otherwise, if you can pick at a corner, then get some dental floss under and "saw" it off. Make sure none are paint or clear coated before you try.

There are solvents which will dissolve the remaining glue residue, should be OK on a fibreglass and carbonfibre shell. People say WD40 will do it - but beware the polycarbonate embrittlement thing.

Advice worth what you paid for it.

Thanks for that, it was just an idea of getting helmet air brushed to match bike. It's an arai helmet

Aren't Arai graphics clearcoated?

At least they are not polycarbonate, so you could flat them down and re-spray from scratch.
Plenty of places in the bike world offer this £££service.
