Wouldn't surprise me. Their parts are priced in dollars and with the dollar so strong it's better value at the U.K. and EU shops.

I used to use them all the time but they dicked me around too much with different shippings costs etc.

My money now goes to Scootopia, SR, Scooter Center and SIP.

I know they had some trouble with an employee. Sounded like he was taking orders, but was never there and didn't mail them out. Maybe its that.

I had a quick look yesterday, when you try add to your basket you get a message "shopping suspended" Due to being busy, normal service resumed 3 Oct. I wonder if dealers can still trade with them?

I heard from a reliable source at Cadwell that Randall and his Vietnamese wife have parted company. As I am told, foreigners are not allowed to own businesses in Vietnam the business must have been in his wife's name. Therefore it would seem Randall is no longer involved in the running of said business. How this affects the daily running I wouldn't like to speculate. I hope you all get your money back or parts received.

Even if they are still trading the state of the pound against the dollar is so poor at the moment that their stuff is no longer the bargain it once was. Remember that if you get hit with import duty as well, thats even more expense.
