How much paint...

...is required to paint a full bodied GP apart from forks hubs and rear mudguard?

1Lt should be sufficient just done a full GP including internals with some left over.

.........actually it won't include internals so would half a litre do?

Not too sure but you can buy it in 1/4 lts if you go to the right place. I needed some small areas in yellow so also got 1/4 lt for that,suggest getting half and checking how much is left after each piece if you're running out then stop and go get the 1/4.To be fair a lt is about £60 depending on what your actually spraying mine was base coat and that was the cost if my colour.So the diference really isn't a big cost plus you'll have the correct colour just in case you have a mishap.

My sprayer said the same to me shall I buy a litre or half would do but in case you drop a panell it's better to have more I agreed the paint cost £200 ouch ddnt realise it was a pearlescent.
