My brother has a RT195 28mm Delly with BGM clubman, LI150 box, 50-55 mpg at 55 to 60 mph. I have a RT225 on a a 25mm Delly, GP200 box and NK road/rally. Same mpg as my brother. Depends what exhaust and gearing. I would estimate the difference between 25 and 28mm is 1 bhp. Not worth it, a 25mm on a clubman is plenty.

Ive tried a bgm pwk 28 on a piston ported RT195 without success for low down riding. A PHBL 25 proved best for piston port. Changed to reed after a rebuild and installed a Keihin PWK28. Best carb ever to use! Fantastic results!

PHBL 25 should suffice but even then you will need extra air, especially with Spanish system.
