has anyone traced a reg number from a VIN
I have the frame and matching engine - so need some access to get the reg number to make my life easier getting this smallframe to road.

DVLA probably won't be able to help- I think they can assist the Police with just a VIN but for us mere mortals you will need more info.

has it been regd before or is it an import? Was it regd prior to DVLA being set up (1983 ish?)
