Well they might be onto something then as most of the UK shops IT skills leave quite a bit to be desired. Even the Germans and Italians aren't overly clever on that front maybe barring the odd Blog and post on Facebook or Twitter for new products. Not that I look at any of those anyway but would presume others do.
