all described as orginal innocenti
fork links wernt a pair one was s2 the other s3 and was a unmarked poor quality copy,
the splash plate on both pedals were rusted through and were very rusty,
the speedo had no face and the needle and spring were missing,
one damper wouldn't open ,
the lever was usable
this was December 6th , I st thing was to contact the seller ..... no reply after 4 days contact again he said was sold as spares altho not listed like that he then goes quite so i contact ebay to start a dispute he doesnt answere any responces and ebay tell me to return the item ,which I do early jan within the allotted time so it gets delivered ont
the 16th jan and I contact him again asking for a refund no reply so I wait 6 days contact ebay chat and get the run around over an hour same info to 3 differnt people only to be told as it was delivered on a Saturday that doesnt count as its not a business day so now have to wait untill the 26th jan and start all over again.
why arnt people like this banned from ebay ...

Frankly mate, do not expect any help from eBay (nor Paypal if you used them) They both trumpet their money back guarantees. But as I found out when I got into a dispute with an eBay seller, they do nothing to help.

Aye,he's the lad who had a pair of original Series 1 TV 175 side panels for sale with a cutout for the kickstart,set of series 1 TV forks
that were Series 2 and a mint TV 175 Series 3 frame that had been badly welded round the frame tube and the fork tube was twisted.
The photos are usually taken from strange angles so you can't see the problems.
