Just when I thought there was nothing new in the world of carburetors, came across this Yoshimura TM variant carb. The 'multi jet noozle' looks to be a great idea.
The YD version is innovative as well.

Looks mad. Be interesting to see how it works though. They seemed to have it fixed on a Honda C90 engine, or something like that.

Not sure how the atomizing needle would work with all the spit-back a piston ported Lambretta has but people are having success using a standard TM carb.
On a rotary Vespa or a Lammy with a reed valve intake however it should work pretty well.

Looks interesting but at that angle it's possible the tank and or toolbox will get in the way....neither of those manifolds would be any good either :(

The TM-MJM24 should work on the same manifold that anyone uses with the regular TM24 carb.
The YD-MJM24 may fit on a race scoot but you would need a one-off manifold. Not a lot of racing scooters out here in Western Canada. We just do not hack into scooters, they are too rare.

I just put a new Delly on myself. Maybe on the next project.........
