Has anyone had any bad delivery experiences with SIP. Ordered a part a week ago and according to UPS tracking it's still in Germany. It went to 2 places in Germany, 3 places in Italy and then another 4 places in Germany and hasn't progressed towards UK at all. It's my first order from SIP and I have contacted them several times by e-mail and they don't want to know and say it's out of their hands it's down to UPS. NOT PLEASED AT ALL!

Apart from being a touch pricey, and charging twice for postage, no.

Imo Sip are one of the best dealers out there I have nothing but good experiences from them. it sounds more like A ups problem rather than Sip. have you tried ringing sip. if I was to pick fault there not great answering emails

I buy 2 stroke for the club from them and service to date has always been superb.

I've sent 4 e-mails in last four days. Their English isn't perfect but they get their message across. Basically they are saying it's all UPS's fault. Sorry but nothing they can do about it. E-mailed UPS and their standard reply says e-mails are very busy and will get back to me when they can.

ive been having some problems with ups over the past 2 weeks , not scooter parts related but items ordered from Germany , one parcel took 10 days to get here and the other they tried to deliver to wrong address when i checked their tracking and rang them an hour after it said delivery refused they said sorry nothing we can do its on its way back to Germany ? usually they are very good but something is going wrong with them at the moment.

I'm still waiting for them to refund me for my shocks which they've already acknowledged they've received back at their shop but are no completely ignoring my emails.
