Haven't had a scooter since 95 and now I have I'm looking to insurance it, I used to have a star riders policy for any bike but not had it for twenty years, I'm looking for a similar policy with breakdown and I policy that if I do any mods and declare them that I won't get charged a administration fee of a stupid amount for doing so, don't mind paying more on the policy it's these ridiculous administration fees I don't agree with, so if anyone has any suggestions please fire away

I'm with Footman James but will still have a trawl about when my insurance is due.

I was with CN @ £135 but they put it up to over £200 on renewal. Footman James insured me for £135. When CN phoned to ask if I was renewing I told them FJ were insuring me for £135.............they said they would match it !!!!

I'm fully comp' on a classic bike insurance with foreign breakdown cover and an agreed valuation. I listed all the mod's I could think of and they didn't bat an eye lid.

Cheers mick I've read that you don't collect no claims with a classic policy is this true

First I've heard about that ?

At £135 is NCB a factor ? If you get a decent insurance with add-ons for under £150 you're in the ball-park.
