Hi

I have a standard LML 150 reedvalve engine. I'll be replacing crank, cylinder, carb, ignition etc eventually but for now I'm just doing some minor bits aimed at getting it running sweetly- replacing the reeds, the air filter mod, fast flow tap and fitting a BGM box exhaust.

I was just wondering if there's anything to be gained from whipping off the barrel and changing the shape of the exhaust port, mainly if that would make it worthwhile going for the BGM Sport box, rather than buying the Touring and trading up after I do the rest of the engine work?

Hope this makes sense!

Thx, Andy

Have a read through these guides, very useful and you`ll find that the exhaust mod and the other mods are very useful power increases to a standard top end.
