Mallossi 210 kit - Scooterotica porting spec to Cylinder & Casings (Touring Tune)
28mm Delly
JL3 RH Pipe
Reed Valve Conversion
Scooterotica Gas Flowed/Cut crank

Steady power starting from just over 4200rpm through to 8000rpm.

Peaks at 23.5bhp - with rich jetting (AV266 & 138 main) on a little 28mm carb. Over 25bhp should be easily achievable with a 30mm Delly and 135 main, but leaves less room for temp changes, so happy with this nice touring set up. Good power at low to mid revs.

Dan.
Do your "Touring Tune" porting mods give more bottom end power than a standard Mallossi?

Cheers.

Yes. Ill find some 'common' 210 graphs and see if i can get them uploaded to compare.

210s are very peaky and lacking in mid range in my opinion, we tackle that problem with this tune.
