Mugello V4 small block 200, 30mm PHBH, AF NK Road.
I matched the inlet and exhaust and have opened up the transfers. I'm pleased with the results but will be changing the exhaust soon

Nothing wrong with that gearbox... I'd look at carb and exhaust first.
Also what ignition are you running?

Here is my tuned TS1 225:
Specs are:
TS1 225 70 bore x 58 stroke;
Rebalanced AF Hi-perf crank;
Reworked Mitolambretta head;
V-force reed valve, mikuni tmx 35;
Varitronic 19° @2000 rpm
Jolly moto pipe;
AF 6 plate clutch;
Pacemaker box 16x46.
Cylinder has been totally reworked with different port inclinations and timing.
The difference between curves on the dyno doesn't explain on how the engine has changed on the road.
Power wheelies between gear changes are funny but sometimes unfortunatly for me really dangerous!
