Back from Elvington, a very good testing day and not much else , strong constant head wind and rain showers that kept stopping play , engine kept well within heat limits because of wind and lower temps, only done 6 runs with a 13.8 @ 91 best , for the first time ever i had a couple of wheel spins from line which caused a few seat of the pants moments , waited for wind to drop but it never happened . york dragway in a few weeks for next round just need the right weather conditions now.

Engine held up very well at York raceway yesterday despite the heat, managed to get down to a 13.46 @ 92 then had problems with it trying to jump out of gear at higher revs ( worn selector). next out East kirkby 21st july.

They did quite well for full bodied metal street scooters but i cant remember their times of the top of my head, they were testing a new 7 plate clutch .
