Mine is just machined too, no need to weld the back of the casing, when i say machined what i realy mean is trenched out with a square edge 1 inch long stone fitted to my wolf drill :lol: I just took the case out until the crank turned with out catching, strangely though, I had to take a little more out for the JB crank than I had originally taken out for the Tino 62 that fell to pieces.



Darrel, what spec was the motor at this years Mallory test day?
at mallory it was at 35bhp 23 torque and wrong gearing

been busy this afternoon on it tested different ign timing settings along with jetting actually richening up and found yet more in there

new peak 47.4bhp
