Ideally London/South East, but could be tempted to venture into Essex!

I've used Maldon Powder Coaters a few times. A bit more expensive than some places, but they specialise in vehicle parts (rather than garden gates etc.).

Max Powder (but limited colours in stock. Great guys though) Hemel Hempstead.
