I have just bought a set of Italian SX200 panels from JB Tuning. To me, they appear better quality than the Vietnamese ones I have seen.

Thanks. I rang JB to enquire. Sold out, waiting for more stock from Italy. To be honest I take this 'made in Italy' with a pinch of salt. Rang another well known dealer who happened not to deal in bodywork side of scooters but mentioned that they all come from the far east .

I don't think Lambretta Body Bits are trading anymore. I have posted threads about them a couple of times over the last couple of years and no one has responded with any positive news.

Why don't you try fibreglass? There are some very well made ones out there.

Yes, there's GRP Scooter Products. They have a good reputation. There is also someone called Mark Hodges or Hodgkins who calls himself Scooter Fibre Future on FB. Something like that. I know he does the SX panels and is worth looking up.

Thanks. I found a seller k and s scooters in Derby. £175 a pair for bare metal ones. Scootopia mentioned them when I asked around. I think they are Vietnamese made or somewhere far east. Had a remade copy mudguard, quite impressed with fit compared to original one I had.
