Series 1 horncasting

I am looking to modify a series 1 horncasting. How malliable is cast aluminium when heated up. When heated will I be able to adjust the shape or do you think it will just crack.

I wouldn't bet against it breaking.

You do know they are quite valuable...... :o

It will move but dont get it to hot, what are you doing to it ?

Can't you get a fibreglass one built up in the shape you want?
