I have filled the holes at the back of the frame and want the number plate to follow the contours of the bodywork. Tried Creative FX but the guy wouldnt do it as he doesnt have the licence to do them.

Anyone know of a vinyl graphics shop that will do a black and white number plate? I want to put it on this:
