Rustoration, Restoring Paint Work

Try to polish up and maintian a white unrestored Spanish 150 from 1974. There's no rust but I'd like to dress it up as much as possible. I'm unsure about T cut, has anyone else got some tips?

ive just "conserved" an ochre jet 200 and bits of it were almost terminal. it looks very good now;
1. strip it down and work with the pieces before reassembly.
2.get the original uv light damaged paint replicated/copied in an aerosol and half litre.
3. get clear laquer in a tin and some good hair loss free brushes.
4. new rubbers and bolts/screws where needed.
5. use G3 cutting compound to bring the paint back to life
6.laquer all the bare metal and corroded parts before wax oiling
7.thinners is good for cleaning cables, rubbers, alloy parts,vinyl when wiped with a little of it on a cloth, dont go mad or you can damage/melt things.
8.enjoy the fact that everyones looking at your bike thinking "i wish i hadnt pissed away 1200 quid on a paint job to look just like the next bike"
my ochre jet will be parked outside the cricket club do at cleethorpes "so i dont have to walk 50 yards back to my tent" if you want to see a basket case brought back to life. took me 6 months to do it though!! i could probably have restored it easier!!

Heres my 1973 eibar LiS150 i stripped it changed cables, but used every thing else i could. I used ottawol (spelling ?) oil painted it on with a brush leave 10 mins and then wipe off and polish

Cant beat the original looks ,i painted my tv 175 nice paint ,i hated it every mark ****ed me off ,sold it
