Like it!

So did you have a chin-strap for the sraw-boater?

Yellow 'continental' light tint: thaughtfull, but the continental 'birds' would be the only ones to see it over the luggage.

Was the rear crash bar usefull as extra luggage capacity, or did you fend-off wayward 2CVs with it?

Bet it was a great feeling doing that!

Reminiscing is great but when you have a photo and something real you can touch from that time (scooter) it becomes priceless. Enjoy the memories Ray, i for one like joining you down memory lane.

I just remember you digging out the projector and the screen in the living room and telling us about the trip back in the early 80`s.
I did Milan in 97,great buzz riding in the sun and not really having to be anywhere at any particular time.

If all goes according to plan, I'll be riding my Halal Six Day copy to Pontedera in June. Although following the revelations about the engine perhaps I should carry on to Tehran.
